Utilities Assets definition
Utilities Assets means any assets of the Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof (including, without limitation, stock in any such Subsidiary) that are employed in the generation or production, transmission or distribution (as applicable) of electricity, natural gas, synthetic gas or water, or that are used to provide wastewater services.
