Utilisation Management Scheme definition

Utilisation Management Scheme means a scheme established to ensure the correct use of resources in relation to the treatment of an individual or group of service users as may be agreed by the Commissioner and the Provider in accordance with Schedule 3 (Managing Activity and Referrals, Care and Resource Utilisation Techniques and Retention of Payment Scheme);
