Utilisation Fee definition

Utilisation Fee means the amount payable by the Company to the Provider for the utilisation of any Flexibility Service, as defined in Schedule 2;
Utilisation Fee has the meaning set forth in Clause 6(d).
Utilisation Fee means the fee payable pursuant to the terms set out in Clause 12.2 (Utilisation fee)

Examples of Utilisation Fee in a sentence

  • In any quarter in which a Utilisation is outstanding, the Utilisation Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date.

  • The Provider agrees that each invoice issued or accepted by it will include details of, as regards the Flexibility Services to which the invoice relates: the date on and time at which the Flexibility Services were provided; the relevant Availability Fee details (if any); and the relevant Utilisation Fee details (if any).

  • The Provider may reduce their contracted Utilisation Fee for the Secure service, but cannot increase it beyond the contracted Utilisation Fee as specified in Schedule 1.

  • The Company may not utilise the service if the Provider’s submitted Utilisation Fee exceeds the contracted Maximum Utilisation Fee for the Dynamic service as specified in Schedule 1.

  • In the event that, on any Payment Date, the Available Funds applied in accordance with the provisions of the Servicing and Cash Management Agreement are insufficient to pay in full the Minimum Utilisation Fee due on such Payment Date in accordance with the Priorities of Payment, default interest shall (without prejudice to any rights of the Finance Parties) accrue on any shortfall from such Payment Date in accordance with Clause 9.3 (Default interest).
