The relevant terms and conditions detailed in this Agreement, shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the Optional UTEX Transaction except as detailed specifically in this Agreement.
For the avoidance of any doubt, replacement of the Refurbished Turbocharger under Warranty shall not be considered a UTEX Transaction and Supplier shall not be entitled to any consideration for such replacement.
