UTE or “Union” means the Union of Taxation Employees.

• Failure to comply with any of the rules listed above or the UTE Community Code of Conduct will result in your ONRamp Membership and use of ONRamp being revoked without refund.

• Upon request by a Labour Relations Officer, he/she shall be authorized to attend the UTE Presidents' Conference sessions and all expenses, pay and benefits shall be paid in accordance with the Collective Agreement and the By-Laws and Regulations of UTE.

• The OPERATOR on behalf of UTE shall be responsible for the closure and rehabilitation of all mines in the PROSPECTS.

• Based on the interpretation noted above the UTE will not register for VAT purposes.
