  • The Borrower shall (i) make the proceeds of the Loan available to the States and (ii) shall cause the State of Uttarakhand to make available to UTDB the amount of the Loan allocated to the State of Uttarakhand pursuant to Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement, on terms and conditions mutually agreeable to ADB and the Borrower.
