UTB definition

UTB means Union Togolaise de Banque, a Togolese commercial bank fully owned by the Togolese Government, incorporated on June 30, 1964 and registered under the WAMU Banking Law of 1990, as a limited company under the number T 0009 T.
UTB has the meaning given in the opening of this Agreement;

  • This insurance provides secondary (that is, your personal insurance policy shall apply first) participant medical coverage of up to US$20,000 for rides/incidents at US PBR UTB Events, and up to US$12,500 at US non-PBR UTB Events.

  • Without prejudice to any other indemnity contained in this Agreement the Introducer shall indemnify and keep indemnified UTB from and against all Data Protection related losses, including but not limited to regulatory fines and penalties, suffered or incurred by, awarded against or agreed to be paid by UTB, arising from or in connection with any breach by the Introducer or its agent, employees or contractors carrying out processing as defined under this Agreement or relevant Data Protection Laws.

  • The Introducer shall cooperate with UTB and/or its authorised representatives to the fullest extent possible in connection with the granting of such access.

  • In the event that the Customer fails to pay any of the Guaranteed Obligations when due, the Guarantor will pay UTB on demand the Guaranteed Obligations.

  • This guarantee and indemnity and UTB’s rights under it shall be in addition to and shall not be in any way prejudiced or affected by any one or more other Security or guarantees given in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations which UTB may now or subsequently hold, whether from the Guarantor or from any other person.
