UT Offence means a theft or Unauthorised Taking motoring Offence.
UT Offence means a theft or unauthorised taking motoring offence; and “Vehicle” means the vehicle falling into one of the Classes set outin Clause 3 which the Customer is renting for the duration of the Rental Agreement.
