USPL definition

USPL see the Recitals. All terms used but not otherwise defined herein but defined in the UCC shall have the respective meanings provided in the UCC.
USPL or the "Company").
USPL means U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp., a Nevada corporation and the corporate parent of the Company.

  • DS0 USPL to 4G-PIP Migration Credit: Customer will receive a credit of $105,000 which will be applied against Customer’s Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services.
