Examples of USPB in a sentence

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim for damages arising in connection with this agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri, at a location designated by USPB by an arbitrator selected by the parties and in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.

  • The employment of CEO may be terminated by USPB on at least thirty (30) days prior written notice if the Board of Directors determines that the CEO has become permanently disabled.
