USN has the meaning set forth in the Preamble. "USN Audited Financial Statements" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5. "USN 1997 10-K" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5. "USN SEC Documents" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5. "USN Unaudited Financial Statements" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5. "USN Wireless" has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
