Using the Service means the use of the Services via the Lebara SIM Card after your Account is first activated or from when the Lebara Mobile Phone and/or SIM Card is received by you, if later;

Using the Service means that you agree to accept the relevant rules of the Service. You understand and agree that the Company has the right to unilaterally modify the relevant rules of the Service without your consent, and that the rules of the Service shall be subject to the instructions on the webpage (or SMS or phone call, etc.) when you use the Service, and that your agreement and compliance with the rules of the Service is a prerequisite for your use of the Service.

Examples of Using the Service in a sentence

  • Using the Service to transmit, post, upload, or otherwise making available defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening material or language that encourages bodily harm, destruction of property or harasses another.

  • Using the Service may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries.

  • Using the Service in violation of applicable law and regulation, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, pirating software, or making fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services.

  • Costs Associated with Using the Service: Client agrees to bear all the costs of communication (including telephone usage and internet connectivity costs) and/or any other costs related to using the Service.

  • Using the Service does not change the agreements you already have with us on those accounts.

  • Using the Service following the effective date of the amendment shall be deemed evidence of Customer’s acceptance of and agreement to the amendment.

  • If You do not agree to such changes or additions, then You must terminate this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement and stop Using the Service prior to the effective date of such modifications.

  • Misuse includes, but is not limited to: ● Using the Service to disseminate or convey inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, salacious, or unlawful information, images or materials; or to defame, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.

  • Using the Service, you may set up your own personal database of payees and establish one-time or recurring payments to your payees.

  • If the Customer does not agree to the supplemented, modified or amended Agreement, the Customer must immediately stop Using the Service.
