User’s Bank definition

User’s Bank means the bank or other financial institution at which User maintains an account from with Withdrawals are to be made, as identified by User via User’s TFS Account.

Examples of User’s Bank in a sentence

  • Mintos pays the funds standing on the Virtual Account to the User on the grounds of an application filed by the User on the User’s Profile, by wiring the funds in the amount mentioned in the User’s application to the User’s Bank Account.

  • The User shall be entitled to request, at any time, that Mintos disburses the funds on the Virtual Account to the User’s Bank Account, from which the User previously has made transfers to the Mintos Account.

  • All costs associated with transferring funds from the Payment Account/Transaction Account to the User’s Bank Account and vice versa (such as bank fees) are borne by the User.

  • The User shall be entitled to request, at any time, that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ disburses the funds on the Virtual Account to the User’s Bank Account, from which the User previously has made transfers to the Mintos Account.

  • In cases where American Express’s payment of Authorized User’s Charges is five (5) or more days late and not the result of any act or inaction by Authorized User, Authorized User’s Bank, the FSP, Force Majeure (as defined in Clause 44 of Appendix B) or other act or inaction by a party other than American Express, American Express will pay Authorized User daily interest on the amount of such payment (but not compounded daily), from the date due until the date such payment is received.

  • If PeopleSpheres is unable to collect fees due because of insufficient funds in User’s Bank Account or for any other reason, User must pay the amount due immediately upon demand, plus any applicable exceptions processing fees, bank fees, or charges for return items, plus interest at the lesser of 15% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law, plus attorneys’ fees and other costs of collection as permitted by law.

  • Except for certain fees for particular add-on services that User has opted into, fees for the Services will be billed to User and debited from User’s Bank Account on a monthly calendar basis, in advance.

  • To enable the Artists to publicly present their Work, the User may allow photographing, recording, reproduction and other use of the documentation mate- rials in which the User’s Bank Card is represented.

  • Where an employee feels she has been aggrieved by the decision of the Employer to reject the employee during the probationary period, she may grieve the decision pursuant to the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9 (Grievances) of this agreement commencing at Step 3.
