User Wallet means a digital wallet owned and controlled by the User;

Examples of User Wallet in a sentence

  • The terms of service signed between the User and the third party provider apply to the use of the User Wallet.

  • In order to execute the aforementioned Transfer Request, the Company will apply to the transfer of BTCs to the User Wallet the fees provided for the execution of Bitcoin blockchain transactions as well as a fee for the execution of the transaction according to the Company's fee schedule (available in the "Fees and Limits" section on the Company's website).

  • From the first accounting date of the Mining Accreditation under the General Conditions, the User Wallet holder may transmit the Transfer Request to the Company in order to receive the relevant BTC.

  • As of the first accounting date of the Mining Crediting, the User shall have the option at any time to notify the Company of the Transfer Request to their Swaggy Wallet or User Wallet.

  • Starting from the first accounting date of the BTC deriving from the BTC Mining, the User will at any time have the right to communicate to the Company the Transfer Request to his / her / its Swaggy Wallet or User Wallet.

  • Tangible will not be liable for any losses or damage suffered by the User as a result of the disclosure of User Wallet password, private keys and recovery information, or otherwise arising in connection with the User Wallet.

  • Additionally, you are responsible for securely retaining access credentials for the User Wallet, including any applicable private key.

  • In order to execute the aforementioned Transfer Request, the Company will apply to the transfer of the BTC to the User Wallet the costs foreseen for the execution of the Bitcoin blockchain operations as well as a fee for the execution of the operation according to the Company's price list (available in the “Fees and limits” section on the Company website).
