User Terminals means the transmission and reception equipment required by the User to access the licensed BBSS and which shall be capable of being controlled by the Licensee through the Licensee’s network.

Examples of User Terminals in a sentence

  • Where the Hirer has engaged the Agent to act as its agent for all relevant purposes in relation to the Hirer’s access to the Common User Terminals, the obligations of the Hirer pursuant to this Agreement survive the termination of any contract or other arrangement between the Hirer and the Agent.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.
