User Subscription License definition

User Subscription License as described and defined in Schedule “A”;
User Subscription License or “User SL” means the right for a single User to use an online service for the term of your Select or Enterprise enrollment, Open License Value Agreement or Open License Authorization number.

Related to User Subscription License

  • Subscription License means a particular type of license to a Software Product that allow s a Customer to use the Software Product for a specified period of time identified in the Quote. For reference, a Software Product that is a Subscription License shall have the word “Subscription” in the Software Product name and/or have the letters “SU” at the end of the product number for the Software Product.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Rights means the right to participate in the Rights Offering.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.
