All financial transactions, if any, between User and AmPay, shall be governed pursuant to separate terms of use posted at the Site. As a condition of User’s right to use the AmPay System hereunder, User hereby: (i) agrees to provide AmPay with access, at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, to all computer equipment used to access the AmPay System, including, without limitation, any server that supports the AmPay System; and (ii) grants to AmPay the right to audit, inspect and review all of User’s books and records regarding the AmPay System during ordinary business hours and upon reasonable notice. User’s right to use the AmPay System shall terminate on any termination of this Agreement or any suspension of the supply of the Platform Services.

Related to User Site

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
