User Pays. Contract Expert Group" or "UPCEG" means a committee made up of representatives of Xoserve, the Customer and the other User Pays Customers to facilitate the process of raising, considering and agreeing (or rejecting) proposed changes to these Conditions; "User Pays User Committee" or "UPUC" means a committee made up of representatives of Xoserve, the Customer and the other User Pays Customers to facilitate the process of raising, considering and agreeing (or rejecting) proposed changes to the Services Schedule in accordance with the Services Schedule Change Procedure;
