Examples of User Login in a sentence

  • Client shall not provide a User Login to any individual or entity that is not a Licensed User to use the Service.

  • If the applicant has already set up an account the applicant can go directly to the Existing User Login page and login with their user name and password.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that each User will be identified by a unique username and password (“User Login”) and that a User Login cannot be shared or used by more than one individual, unless otherwise provided in Customer’s Service Plan.

  • Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all User Login information for Customer’s Account, including, without limitation, all User Login information for all Users.

  • If any User who has access to a User Login is no longer an employee or Contractor of Customer, then Customer will delete such User Login as soon as reasonably practicable and otherwise terminate such access to the Services.

  • Separate from and in addition to the foregoing rights of termination, you acknowledge that ProChain reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your or any individual User Logins or End User’s access to the Services or any feature or portion thereof at any time, without notice to you, if ProChain reasonably determines or suspects that you, the User Login, and/or the End User (each as applicable) are in violation of this Agreement.

  • You agree and acknowledge that each User will be identified by a unique username and password (“Login”) and that a User Login may only be used by one (1) individual.

  • All users of e-Moneyger® are asked to complete a User Login screen by typing in a valid User ID, a personal User Password, and the Digital Token Code displayed from time to time by the User’s Digital Token.

Related to User Login

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
