User Guidelines definition

User Guidelines means Autobooks’s written merchant guidelines, policies, rules, regulations, and procedures attached as Attachment 1 to this Exhibit E, as may be updated from time to time by Autobooks with notice to User.
User Guidelines means any guidelines we issued with these Terms and Conditions or with any Special Card Terms from time to time giving you user friendly instructions on how to use your Card.

More Definitions of User Guidelines

User Guidelines means the “User Guidelines” for hirers of “VESSEL”

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.
