User Environment definition

User Environment refers to the User's computing system(s), comprising notably the servers, the operating system(s), and the network connections on which the Product(s) will be installed and used.
User Environment means the User Network and End-User Hardware.
User Environment means the specific User's hardware and software system, Internet connection speeds and any other requirements as specified in the document under Schedule 1 which may be modified by Ramco from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is an assessment of the environmental condition of the Property performed in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E1527-05 “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process,” or any successor to such ASTM Standard which is active at the time of the assessment.

  • Hazardous substance UST system means an UST system that contains a hazardous substance defined in section 101(14) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (but not including any substance regulated as a hazardous waste under subtitle C) or any mixture of such substances and petroleum, and which is not a petroleum UST system.
