If a member has incurred debt for the operation of CRESA or the acquisition of assets for CRESA, that member shall be paid by the other members an amount equal to the other members’ percentage of User Cost Allocation multiplied times the amount of the incurred debt.
The amount of all outstanding CRESA liabilities, including arbitrage rebate, shall be calculated and each member shall contribute an amount of money equal to such liabilities multiplied by the member’s percentage of User Cost Allocation.
