User Configurable definition

User Configurable means that users of the System such as operations staff, management staff, etc., with appropriate user rights may make changes to the Back Office System. User Configurable items will not be dependent on the Vendor’s development staff, programmers, etc. nor will it be subject to code changes, requests for extra work, considered out-of-scope work or require additional System testing and or regression testing.

  • IBM Development Materials -- development tools, software development kits, API(s) and associated documentation which IBM provides or makes available to the University of Toronto pursuant to this Agreement (including, but not limited to, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Experience Manager Tool, Corpus Management Tool, Training, Test and Configuration Tool, and IBM’s User Configurable Interface.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Brand name specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
