User Assets those assets listed in Schedule 1 (including any plinths or other structures (excluding buildings) to or upon which the same are affixed and to or upon which no assets of any other person are affixed and any straps, bolts or other such things for attachment thereto) as any of the same may be Modified pursuant to this Agreement;

User Assets means the tangible and intangible assets of the Users which are in the care, custody and control of Seller and are used by Seller to provide the Users access to the CareNet Network or to the Division's Intellectual Property. A complete list of the User Assets is set forth on Schedule 1.4.

  • A Registered User can use the Castle Smart Contract to deploy such Registered User’s User Assets across Third-Party Pools and to receive income from such Third-Party Pools in connection with the User Assets that have been staked (such income, “Yield”).
