User Access Agreement definition

User Access Agreement means a User Access Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C, to be entered into by each employee of the Service Receiver who will have access to certain of the Service Provider’s applications that are designated by the Service Provider (including, but not limited to, TRAMS, the Wood Procurement System, and CBOPS) for the benefit of the Service Provider. All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Purchase Agreement.
