Used Car definition

Used Car means any vehicles held for sale other than a New Car.
Used Car means a car that has been previously licensed or registered and includes demonstration (demo) cars, but excludes a car or the components thereof disposed of as scrap or utilised for parts and not saleable as an operating car.
Used Car means a private car for not more than 7 persons, a private car for 7-12 persons and a private truck which has a total weight below 1,600 kilograms and is not used for hiring under the land transport law, which is registered under the Motor Vehicle Act, B.E. 2522 (1979), and is owned by the business entity offering it for sale.

Used Car means a motor vehicle which, notwithstanding age or condition, is such that it can be placed in a safe operating condition for use on the highway.
