Use the Licensed Materials definition

Use the Licensed Materials means use the Software, use the Documentation in conjunction with the use of the Software and possess the media upon which the Software is stored and delivered to the Customer
Use the Licensed Materials and “Use of the Licensed Materials” means: (i) in the case of the Software: as defined in clause 1.44 below; and (ii) in the case of the Documentation: to access and use the Documentation solely for purposes ancillary to the use of the Software and/or Services.

Examples of Use the Licensed Materials in a sentence

  • If the Designated Processor becomes temporarily inoperative, Customer shall have the right to Use the Licensed Materials temporarily on a backup processor until operable status is restored and processing on the backup processor is completed.

  • No license is granted to Customer to Use the Licensed Materials outside the United States or to sublicense such Licensed Materials furnished by Seller.

  • No right or license is granted or implied under any of Cadence, or its licensors’, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks or other intellectual property rights to Use the Licensed Materials or to authorize others to Use the Licensed Materials beyond the rights and restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

  • The Subscription grants to the Licensee the right to Use the Licensed Materials for a predetermined term set in the License Certificate.

  • Licensee’s right to Use the Licensed Materials will continue not longer than the expiry date determined in the license certificate, after which the License is not automatically renewed, if not otherwise agreed.

  • You acknowledge and agree that the coolOrange Licensed Materials are licensed, not sold, and that rights to Use the Licensed Materials are acquired only under the License from coolOrange.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer’s authorized consultants and subcontractors (excluding any direct competitors of Cadence) may Use the Licensed Materials on the Designated Equipment at a Customer facility only, where such Use is incidental to their performing services on Customer’s behalf.

  • Walk-In Users Individual members of the public are considered Walk-In Users, with rights to Access and Use the Licensed Materials under the Fair Dealing provisions of the Canadian Copyright Act, while they are physically on the premises of a Member.

  • No right or license is granted or implied under any of Enova, or its licensors’, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks or other intellectual property rights to Use the Licensed Materials or to authorize others to Use the Licensed Materials beyond the rights and restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Use the Licensed Materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale of the Licensed Materials, fee-for-service use of the Licensed Materials; nor may the Licensee and the Participating Institutions impose special charges on the Authorized Users for use of the Licensed Materials beyond reasonable printing or administrative costs.
