Use Requirement definition

Use Requirement means the use restrictions set forth in Section 2.
Use Requirement means the restrictions on the use of the Property set forth in Section 2.

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.
