Use Premises definition

Use Premises means one of the many subdivisions of a Use Zone designated for a specific main use or activity. Particular uses may be proposed/ permitted within the specified use zone of the development plan. This shall be defined at the time of preparation of either the development plan, (in case of important installations) or later in the layout plans for projects and schemes as the specific/main use for a demarcated premises/plot.

Examples of Use Premises in a sentence

  • Whichever option is selected, the security for payments shall be in an amount equal to two months’ rentals for Exclusive Use Premises and Preferential Use Premises, plus estimated landing fees for the same period, all as reasonably estimated by the Director.

  • The Authority hereby leases to Company, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Preferential Use Premises of approximately total square feet, consisting of the following: Company Ticketing Counter space of approximately square feet, more SAMPLE particularly depicted on Exhibit A-8, Company Ticketing Counters, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

  • In addition to the Office and Club Premises and the Preferential Use Premises described above, Company shall have the non-exclusive right to use, jointly with other ground handlers and Air Carriers, the Joint Use Premises, the Baggage Handling System, and the FIS Facilities; provided, however, that such use shall be in common with other ground handlers and Air Carriers and Authority shall have the right to reassign the use of Joint Use Premises in accordance with Authority Rules and Regulations.

  • AIRLINE shall not be allowed to install any type of vending machines in AIRLINE’s non-public, Exclusive Use Premises or elsewhere on the Airport, without prior written approval by the Director.

  • Using the Terminal Rental Rate calculated in Section 5.8(a) and the actual cost of providing services as may be requested by the AIRLINE or as may be required by the AUTHORITY, if any, and any fees collected by AUTHORITY from Non-Signatory Airlines for use of the Joint Use Premises, AUTHORITY shall determine the Joint Use Cost.

  • Whenever consistent with this Agreement, AIRLINE shall have the right to construct and install, at its sole expense, Improvements within the Exclusive Use Premises as AIRLINE deems to be necessary for its operations.

  • AIRLINE shall, if selected to accommodate a Requesting Air Transportation Company, begin accommodating such Requesting Air Transportation Company's operations on the specified Preferential Use Premises within the period described in Section 16.1(b).

  • AIRLINE shall be responsible at its sole cost and expense for repair or replacement of any facilities, fixtures, equipment or systems due to damage caused by the AIRLINE, its officers, partners, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, licensees, sub-lessees or invitees and not considered Normal Wear and Tear, whether such damage occurs within the Exclusive Premises or Preferential Use Premises or otherwise in the Airport.

Related to Use Premises

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
