USD1 definition

USD1 means World Liberty Financial USD coin, stablecoin pegged to the value of the U.S. dollar. “USDC” means USD Coin, the stablecoin pegged to the value of the U.S. dollar.

Examples of USD1 in a sentence

  • In respect of each Purchaser, the portion of the Subscription Amount to be paid in USD1, USDT, USDC, or $WLFI (or a combination thereof) shall be referred to as the “Non-Cash Amount”).

  • In respect of each Purchaser, the portion of the Subscription Amount to be paid in USD1, USDT or USDC (or a combination thereof) shall be referred to as the “Non-Cash Amount”).
