USD Swing Line Commitment definition
USD Swing Line Commitment means the obligation of the Global Swing Line Lender to make USD Swing Line Loans up to a maximum principal amount of $35,000,000 in the aggregate at any one time outstanding.
USD Swing Line Commitment means, with respect to the U.S. Swing Line Lender, at any date, its obligation to make USD Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.1(f)(i) in the amount referred to therein.
USD Swing Line Commitment means the obligation of the Global Swing Line Lender to make USD Swing Line Loans up to a maximum principal amount of $25,000,000 in the aggregate at any one time outstanding.
