If on behalf of Operator or otherwise, Contractor receives any sum of money, refunds or rebates owing to Operator, Contractor shall immediately deposit such funds in the Sucre Bank Account or USD Bank Account, (based on the currency in which the refund was made), and immediately notify Operator.
