The October 4, 2012 amendment modified the monthly fee and provided for a tiered schedule depending on hours worked, ranging from no payment for zero to 40 hours per month to $30,000 in any month in which more than 151 are worked. As of March 31, 2014, $15,000 was payable in cash and 450,000 shares were owed to BEL pursuant to the agreement.
