Usage Year definition

Usage Year. The first (1st) Usage Year of the Term shall be the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the last day of the calendar month in which the first (1st) anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs, and each subsequent Usage Year shall be each period of twelve (12) full calendar months after the last day of the prior Usage Year, except that the final Usage Year of the Term shall end on the Expiration Date.
Usage Year means the 12 month period commencing on any Usage Year Commencement Date during the term of this Agreement and ending on the last day of such twelfth month.

Examples of Usage Year in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise required by law, vacation must be taken during the calendar year (the Vacation Usage Year) following the year in which the vacation was earned (the Accrual Year).

  • If the Company does not reschedule the affected vacation in the vacation Usage Year the employee will then receive vacation pay for the affected vacation.

  • The calendar year in which vacation is accrued is “the Accrual Year.” The calendar year in which vacation is scheduled and taken is “the vacation Usage Year.” For all employees (excluding new hire probationary employees), vacation will be scheduled for and taken during the vacation Usage Year beginning January 1 following the Accrual Year in which the vacation was accrued.

  • Employees in probationary status as of January 1 of the vacation Usage Year become eligible to use accrued vacation when they complete probation.

  • New hire probationary employees as of January 1 of the vacation Usage Year become eligible to use accrued vacation when they complete probation.

  • The calendar year in which vacation is accrued is “the Accrual Year.” The calendar year in which vacation is scheduled and taken is “the vacation Usage Year.” Employee’s (excluding new hire probationary employees), vacation will be scheduled for and taken during the vacation Usage Year beginning January 1 following the Accrual Year in which the vacation was accrued.

  • Employees will earn vacation in the current year (Vacation Accrual Year) for use in the 3 subsequent calendar year (Vacation Usage Year).

  • On January 1 of the Vacation Usage Year that follows, the employee changes to part- time status of 20 hours per week.

  • Thereafter, the Membership Fee shall be payable by User in consecutive monthly installments equal to one-twelfth (1/12th) of the Membership Fee amount for the applicable Usage Year on the first (1st) day of each calendar month (or the immediately preceding Business Day if the first (1st) day of the month is not a Business Day), in advance for such calendar month, during that Usage Year.

  • On January 1 of the Vacation Usage Year that follows, the employee changes to full- time status.
