Usage Revenue definition

Usage Revenue means Customer's total monthly recurring and usage charges, after applicable discounts are applied, for applicable Qwest Services based upon the agreed-upon rates, exclusive of charges, fees and other amounts owing for, related to or constituting taxes, surcharges, credits, chargebacks, unpaid amounts, co-location, equipment, installation, local loops and other nonrecurring charges.
