Usage Contract definition

Usage Contract means the Usage Contract dated 29 July 1987 among The Channel Tunnel Group Limited, France-Manche S.A., The British Railways Board and La Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Français.
Usage Contract means the usage contract for the Services in compliance with various provisions such as these Terms which becomes effective between the Company and the User pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 2.
Usage Contract means “the Usage Contract” as defined in Article 3, paragraph 3 below.
