USA Director definition

USA Director means a Class I director of the Corporation who is a senior executive or retired senior executive of a financial institution participating in the payment system operated by the Corporation and its Subsidiaries, which financial institution is organized under the federal laws of the United States or of any of its states, dominions or territories.
