US Salt definition

US Salt means US Salt LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees. US Salt is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of SCIH.
US Salt has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
