U.S. Parallel Debt definition
U.S. Parallel Debt means any amount which a Loan Party owes to the Administrative Agent under Section 11.22(b)(i).
U.S. Parallel Debt means in respect of a Loan Party (other than a Foreign Loan Party), any amount which that Loan Party owes to the Collateral Agent under Section 9.14.
U.S. Parallel Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in the Loan Guaranty.
