U.S. Network definition

U.S. Network means the ABC, CBS, NBC and/or FOX Free Television Broadcast services in the United States.
U.S. Network means, for each Program, the applicable Free Television Broadcast network in the United States.
U.S. Network means any or all of stations known and recognised as the N.B.C, A.B.C., Fox or C.B.S. Networks or any other entity which qualifies as a “network” under the rules of the US Federal Communications Commission and a telecast on a U.S Network shall be telecast over the full facilities of one of these Networks.

Examples of U.S. Network in a sentence

  • For each Program, Licensee shall license from Licensor all Program episodes that have a Triggering U.S. Telecast on the applicable U.S. Network during the Output Term (for the avoidance of doubt, including all Premiere U.S. Telecasts and RSTS U.S. Repeat Telecasts, subject to the Annual Episode Cap).

  • Licensor shall deliver such materials in sufficient time prior to the Availability Date to allow Licensee to broadcast each licensed episode of “Days of Our Lives” in simulcast with the U.S. Network and each licensed episode of “The Young and the Restless” one (1) day prior to the U.S. Network broadcast in accordance with section 3.1 herein.

Related to U.S. Network

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
