US Indica definition
US Indica means in relation to any Person that such person (i) holds a passport issued by the government of the United States or (ii) was born in the United States, or (iii) claims to have or ever had United States citizenship, or (iv) holds a ‘Green Card’ issued by the government of the United States, or (v) as a United States parent; and
