US Fund definition

US Fund means a Fund organized under the Laws of any state of the United States.
US Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
US Fund means U.S. Private Placement Fund.

US Fund means an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act.

Related to US Fund

  • Surplus Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.
