US Borrowing definition

US Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of U.S. Loans.
US Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of US Revolving Loans made on the same day by the Applicable Lenders to a US Borrower or by the Administrative Agent in the case of a US Borrowing funded by Non-Ratable Loans or by the Agent in the case of a US Borrowing consisting of an Agent Advance, or the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder for the account of the US Borrower.
US Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous US Advances of the same Type made by the US Lenders pursuant to Section 2.1(a) or Converted by each US Lender to US Advances of a different Type pursuant to Section 2.6(b).

More Definitions of US Borrowing

US Borrowing means (a) US Revolving Loans of the same Type or a Letter of Credit, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect, or (b) a Swingline Loan.
US Borrowing means a US Revolving Borrowing or a Swing Line Borrowing.
US Borrowing means the borrowing of one Type of US Revolving Loan from all the Lenders, or from the Swingline Lender in the case of US Swingline Loans, on a given date (or resulting from a conversion or conversions on such date) having in the case of US LIBOR Loans the same Interest Period; provided that Base Rate Loans incurred pursuant to Section 2.10(b) shall be considered part of the related US Borrowing of US LIBOR Loans.

Unless the context indicates otherwise, the term “U.S. Borrowing” shall also include any U.S. Swingline Borrowing and any U.S. Agent Advance.
