U.S. Bank Facilities definition

U.S. Bank Facilities means (i) the U.S. Bank Small Pool Loan and (ii) the Millennium Revolver as the same may be subsequently modified to increase available capacity thereunder and to incorporate as additional security thereunder a certain real property commonly known as Woodfield Preserve owned by KBS Woodfield Preserve, LLC.
U.S. Bank Facilities means the debt financing obtained by RE Holdings from U.S. Bank and certain other financial institutions (the "U.S. Bank Facility Lenders"), pursuant to one or more mortgage loan facilities between RE Holdings and U.S. Bank, for itself or as agent for the U.S. Bank Facility Lenders.

Examples of U.S. Bank Facilities in a sentence

  • Borrower may request and use a L/C Facility for the same purpose as any Revolving Loan, or, with respect to the TIAA Letter of Credit, to secure the TIAA Facilities, or, with respect to the U.S. Bank Letter of Credit, to secure the U.S. Bank Facilities, but for no other purposes.

  • The Borrower shall comply with its obligations under each RE Holdings Lease in all respects such that neither RE Holdings nor any third party lender (whether pursuant to the U.S. Bank Facilities or otherwise) shall have the right to terminate any RE Holdings Lease by reason of default by the Borrower thereunder.

  • The Borrower shall not permit any Subsidiary to acquire any real Property, unless the same is subject to a mortgage (a) in favor of the U.S. Bank Lenders securing the U.S. Bank Facilities if the RE Holdings acquires such real Property, or (b) in favor of TIAA securing the TIAA Facilities if a TIAA Subsidiary acquires such real Property.
