URS Agreement definition
URS Agreement means that certain Engineering Services Agreement between ClearFuels and URS, effective as of December 3, 2007, and all Work Authorizations issued pursuant thereto, as such agreement and Work Authorizations have been or may be amended, modified or replaced.
