UPU regulations definition
UPU regulations means the Convention of the Universal Postal Union and the UPU General Regulations and includes appendices, annotated acts and codes, arrangements to those regulations and any additional agreements or regulations published by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union in pursuance of the agreement concluded by the postal administration of member countries concerned in the Universal Postal Union Congress.
