UPTC definition

UPTC means Urumqi’s Public Transport Company, a company wholly-owned by Urumqi, and any successor thereto.
UPTC means Uganda Posts and Telecommunications Corporation.

  • Pertinent new material received after the Tuesday after Labour Day, such as a set of student evaluations, the publication of an additional book or article, the receipt of a grant, a published review of the candidate’s work, etc., can be submitted to the CPTC or UPTC.
