Upstream Project definition

Upstream Project means, in relation to the existing Uganda oil fields, the evaluation, development, design, construction, installation, financing, insuring, ownership, operation, repair, replacement, refurbishment, maintenance, expansion, extension, protection and, at the relevant time, decommissioning of all related facilities and infrastructure.
Upstream Project means the development, operation and maintenance of the Upstream Facilities, the operation, management and administration of petroleum operations pursuant to the UUOA and the delivery of Feed Gas to the FLNG Facility at the Feed Gas Receipt Point.
Upstream Project that means those opportunities for joint operations to explore for, win, take and produce hydrocarbons from petroleum and natural gas leases, the rights to which Sapphire and MB Gas may acquire by purchase of existing petroleum and natural gas leases, or by acquisition from the mineral rights holder under new petroleum and natural gas leases, or by way of exploration agreements such as seismic data acquisition agreements, seismic data processing agreements, farmout agreements or other performance option agreements;
