Upstream capacity definition

Upstream capacity means the secured availability and rights to transport Gas on a pipeline, gathering system or local distribution company necessary for transporting Gas to the Receipt Point(s).
Upstream capacity mans the transmission of cable signals from a location other than the cable company to the cable company head-end or Burlington AMO, enabling the location to act as a Remote Origination Site.
