If the Online Product entitled University Press Scholarship Online (UPSO) is included as a Publication under the EBA Model, the Customer will be entitled to place an order to purchase perpetual access to UPSO, or selected titles within UPSO, up to 75% of the amount of EBA Charges paid by the Customer in relation to UPSO.
